We set up this Tribute Fund after we lost our amazing Dad in 2005. This page was our way to start doing something positive and help raise vital funds for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. We never could have known that 12 years later Darren would be diagnosed with MND too. When he went public towards the end of 2017 he was still adding funds to this tribute page and our fundraising efforts certainly stepped up a gear from that point on! 2018 really turned around our fundraising as Darren bravely fought to live life to the full.. and.. despite MND, he kept focused on making memories and we shared a million moments to treasure. It was with a completely broken heart, after that day in 2019 that his name joined Dad's on this tribute.

And then Mum, the most amazing woman behind both of them, who cared for them both and who was reunited with them on New Years Eve 2021 and who pledged to continue the fight ✨

Out of all the pain of losing all of them, there HAS to come something positive. The world can not have lost these beautiful, amazing people for nothing - so this page becomes just a small part of their legacy, a way to make a difference to all of those living with MND and a way to help continue the fight to END MND.
